Position Details

What You’ll Do

As a member of our team, you’ll assist with a variety of insulation and specialty construction services, including:

• Spray foam insulation
• Attic insulation and loose fill insulation
• Fire stopping
• Fireproofing
• Thermal barrier applications
• Waterproofing
• Concrete lifting
• General labour and site preparation
• Equipment setup, cleanup, and material handling

Experience Considered an Asset

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physically capable of performing manual labour
• Reliable transportation to our west Edmonton shop

• CSTS 2020
• Standard First Aid

• Experience driving 3-ton and/or 5-ton cube vans or chassis trucks

Thermo Solutions Insulation Inc. is looking for a team members to add to our growing group. Installer or helper with any of our products. We are based in the west end. We service Edmonton and the surrounding areas. Our hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime opportunities dependent on work load. We offer competitive wages and pay is based on experience. We strongly believe in cross training. This is also the reason why were are advertising for multiple positions with this post. Applying for this position it is important to list your experience in your resume in order to place you in the wage scale. Certifications or 2 years of experience for installer positions. Circumstances and training opportunities can accelerate this minimum year requirement so growth potential is high for the correct candidate. Training will be provided with the products we install. To name a few: spray foam, loose fill insulation, fire stopping, fireproofing, thermal barriers and waterproofing. Requirements: Valid Class 5 drivers’ license with clean abstract. Spray foam certification, construction experience and drywall skills are an asset. Experience driving 3 and/or 5 ton chassis cube vans/trucks is preferred. We require a positive attitude, willingness to learn and be able to work in a team environment. Must also have: CSTS 2020, First Aid, Fall Arrest, AWP, WHMIS
